We guide our young people in understanding and managing the effects of any trauma or abuse they may have experienced. We also help them build resilience and develop the skills they need to prepare for their next steps, whether that’s returning home, transitioning to foster care, or moving toward independent living as adults.
Our mission is to empower young people to take control of their lives and make positive choices for their futures. We believe that when they have access to activities they genuinely enjoy, they’re more likely to make constructive choices and avoid negative behaviours.
We encourage our young people to pursue their interests and hobbies, giving them opportunities to connect with positive peer groups and make lasting friendships—because everyone deserves a friend.
In our homes, we focus on building strong, supportive relationships with our young people, so they know we’re all working together as a team. Our aim is to help them lead fulfilling lives, empowering them to make positive decisions, boost their confidence, and develop the independent living skills they’ll need to thrive as they step into adulthood.
Key individuals
Experts in giving your children best start
After building a successful career in managerial finance, I’ve decided to open a children’s residential care home because I want to channel my skills into a purpose-driven, ethical business that makes a lasting difference in people’s lives. While my financial background has equipped me with strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills, I’ve always been passionate about creating positive social impact.
Opening a residential care home for children allows me to focus on providing a safe, nurturing environment where vulnerable young people can grow and thrive. By combining my business expertise with a commitment to ethical care, I hope to build a service that prioritizes the wellbeing and development of each child, offering them the support and stability they need to reach their potential.
Mo Hussain – Director
Working in many industries from catering and transport, coming into logistics where I started as a multi-drop/same day driver moving into senior management and becoming a director. Seeing the marketplace with poor unskilled sub-contractors/third party suppliers and the mistreatment of drivers, gave me the challenge and belief to come into the sector making a change by providing a quality orientated service.
I believe in positive attitude, working as a unit building up team morale with good communications attributes.

With over 15 years’ experience within different industries covering a vast range of sectors has enabled me to be a versatile and experienced individual. I have covered services within the care industry to customer service.
I have a keen passion to help those who are vulnerable from individuals who need the support in life to losing loved ones who were the breadwinner and assisting them on the right track, I have managed to learn from my own personal experience the heartache and dedication it requires when you are the most vulnerable and reserving this energy in helping others. I have seen how different companies operate successfully and be complaint with the associated bodies and it is easy for me to efficiently inter-relate all the systematic procedures.
