History and Location

73 Bath Street is located in the town of Sedgely which is part of the Dudley borough. The property is a detached property constructed with bricks and mortar with a pitched tiled roof. It was constructed in the 1960’s.

The use of this building has been of two things, it originally served as local butchers shop for the community but was later transformed into a surgery by Dr Sarka in 1971. The doctor himself lived above the premises with his family and gradually the practice expanded over the years which required the premises to be extended and the services offered by the practice developed. The property is still currently operating as a GP practice.

The property is located less than a mile from Sedgley town centre which has an array of shops which include supermarkets, barbers, food and coffee shops and post office.

The property is somewhat in the middle of 2 important town and city. Its approximately 3.6 miles to Wolverhampton City and 3.6 miles to Dudley town. Each town can be accessed easily via the local buses. Dudley and Wolverhampton have excellent educational institutions from colleges to universities and there more local surrounding offer OFSTED inspected primary and secondary schools.

Furthermore there is local train station, Coseley train Station being the closest at 1.6 miles away and by car there is access to motorway links.
