What We’re Looking For?

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and caring individuals to fill a variety of roles in our children’s residential care home.

A passion for working with children and young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Emergency medical authorization
Compassion, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential for all roles, as we provide full training

Positions We Are Looking For.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and caring individuals to fill a variety of roles in our children’s residential care home. Some of the roles we frequently recruit for include:

Residential Support Worker

Providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people, helping them with their emotional, social, and educational needs.

Registered Manager

Leading the care home to ensure high-quality care standards are maintained, and that the home operates in line with regulations.

Deputy Manager

Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, while providing leadership to the care team.

Therapeutic Support Worker

Working with children and young people using therapeutic approaches to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Night Support Worker

Offering support and care during overnight shifts, ensuring the safety and comfort of the children in our care.
